Rebirth Bezerk ability help please

Ok I was doing alright on trigger enhancing spell until I hit on part, that was the targeting, but nevermind, what I need someone to do is to type down the trigger that will cast bloodlust after a unit ressurects using a dummy unit. I had it pretty good up to the point where I couldnt find a trigger that says something like, target triggering unit. So please help thank you

dying unit has ResBuff
Actions-
wait .1 sec (or so)
create one DuMmY for owner of triggering unit
issue last created unit to Bloodlust triggering unit

This won't work because dead units don't have buffs... You will have to check anytime the targeted unit is damaged and see if the damage inflicted isn't higher or equal with the current life of the unit. If it is, then you must do those actions.
