Quest Description Scroll Bar Bug

I suspect this is a bug in Warcraft III - I just can't figure out how to make it work anyway....

I am aware of the fact that the quest descriptions start in the middle to leave space for the requirements at the top.

This has already been discussed here: [General] - Quest description space

However, I want to do some line breaks with |n or break that just don't work properly. The first few lines of the description are not showing.
Maybe it has to do with the number of line breaks?
Adding requirements does not help.
Adding extra line breaks at the top doesn't seem to change anything.
Hidding the Quest first and then discovering it doesnt change anything too.
It just doesn't make sense to me.


This description just works fine (Visible from start):
