anarchianbedlam: oh god, what the hell did you do? there are over 2000 faces in here, but all i see are about 30. did you hack together 5 gyrocopter models and just scale the scrap down to 0? The only animation is the death animation and its 120kb. We.... have tutorials on how to make models you know, try browsing the modeling/animation forums.

You really lack stand animation. I guess the model wont work if it only has death animation. Do have the stand animation so it works perfectly.

Yeah. Stand animation is generated automatically only if there are no animations.
