problem ectracting models

ok first i click extract all files and a scrren comes up and it says "welcome to the compressed (zipped) folers extraction wizard" and i click next. Then it says "Select destination" ok i dont change the destination and i click next but nothing happens all there is is a lil bar taht says "extracting" on top but it isnt doing anything. Does anybody know what my problem is? :?: :!: :?: :!: :?: :!:

Get WinZip or WinRar...they say they aint free for ever but they are they never stop working...
