what is the original ability for headdress of rejuvenation in dota?

Also, it's Heal Aura or something like this. You have the healing wards spell, the fountains' one, etc...

It's a an aura of regeneration,regenerates +3 HP per second I think

yeah,hdm is right. i mean an aura that regenerates not % of max hp but a constant value (+3, +2 or etc)

You could use unholy aura.
its used by death knight which increases movement speed + constant HP regen so you just have to set movement speed bonus to 0
