placing the maximum and the minimum food, for example one need produce until 45 units and the other player need produce until 75 units.

try to go in ADVANCE>GAME CONSTANT>FOOD LIMIT the max was 300...
and put your food cost for each unit that that can max the 300,so you devide it on how many unit you want...

i know about this,but the other player need only have 40 of food and the other 2 players need have 100 .... so i can not do this ...

did you try the triger > player food max or player food cap maybe it works, bcoz i do have little prob with food but on building as you can see on my thread food fail.
