shiiK: Like the other skin, this one lacks texture in the hairs. Becuase the portrait is so important in WC3, you should try to increase the detail in it. This one also lacks team-colour. Beyond that, this looks nice.

shiiK: I see no reason for this to be 512x512, nor to have such a high quality conversion as to take up well over 500kB. Aim to make the filesize between 80 and 160kB. 256x256 will work just as well for this low-detail skin.

It is strange that the whole back part of the grunt is totally armor-less, with not even straps to hold the things on front..

EDIT: ah.. enhance the straps to stick out a bit more, maybe add a buckle on 'em

The pink lips really look weird in the portrait. Is he using lipstick? Other than that I think this is quite a creative and useful grunt.
