This skin looks unfinished. I see only basic colours that lack some proper shadows, highlights and details.
You should check out some of the 2D Art Tutorialshttps://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/2d-art-tutorials-281/ on this forum and learn from them.

And you should also focus on using a more superior drawing software than the simple MS Paint.
Suggested softwares are Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, GIMP or Paint.net (the latter two ones are free). They have more features that will give you more freedom in terms of digital drawing and texturing.
