Nightvision? Red Lights? How do i do that?

Ok, ive seen alot of maps using nightvision in their maps, but how do they do that? ö..

+i played a zombie map here a few weeks ago, and it had red lights (in the corners) and on the walls turning on and off.. and no, it wasnt a texture.
How do i do all that?

I know what you're talking about, but damn, I myself was wondering how they'd do that too..

The NOTD Aftermath map had that too, it was very useful in the dark.

Go to the (Fade) Filters section, I think it's that one.

Its just a fade filter. Ther should be a lot of tutorials in the Tutorial Section or TheHelper.net

are you sure its just that simple?
& what about the red lights on the corner..
you cant fade out just a little part of the map.
Thats gotta be a special trigger.
