You should not double upload your resource, ask Orcnet the map moderator to set your map to pending again.

I already saw this uploaded 2 times. The 1st time was with a fail description. The 2nd time is exactly like this. By the way, I haven't checked the map yet, But the Tidal Lord's Liquid Kaboom looks like it's one of those flammable liquids. So I won't vote this yet.
