Need Trigger help

i bet some people have asked this before but im not really finding it .....
I cant figure out how to create a selcetion window so as to when the game starts you can select a custom race.

go to the forums-site and then to section tutorials. there should be a tutorial for creating dialogues. if you have after that still questions post again .

umm well, i looked but i didnt find anything i dont know maybe its just me and i didnt look in the right spot or im just missing it like normal but i didnt find anything ill keep looking some though
