Need some spells for map!

Hey, can anyone make me/tell me how to make some spells?

I have marines in my map, so if you could use marines to make the spells that would be great!


The spells I want are the following:

Jump - click the place you want to jump to. Click the ground. Just like some of the spells that require clicking on a target...when you click on a tower they usally have a crosshair thing.

Dance - Just a simple change in size, color, and some spinning (not too much)

Shootin' Blank - Just shooting the ground. You can make it look like 'little' fireworks. Or make it look like the marine's real bullets.
