Need Hook Spell

I need a jass script for an ability that would hook a target unit and drag them towards the user. Much like the one in pudge wars, i would like it to work even when you are moving, since it is used in a sliding map.
I'm not good at jass but i think this would be done with the function to create a special effect line or something.. thanks...

Edit: It's ok now, i found a way to do it in gui...
