Fire_inferno_II proudly precents a newer befor so well created rpg map (allmost).
Play in this Eptic sized RPG map as a powerfull mage, buy abilities, perform devasting attacks on foes, and reatch the ultimate lvl and items.

now including:
-Special hero lvling effect
-A smart ability buying system using a spellbook as an ability collector, making it possible to have up to 11 abilitys from all the original wc3 races
-A citylife system making the towns more dynamic
-Stacking system of doom, enables the hero to stack stackable items

Ummm...sonkan1: the image that you have linked to is located on your local HDD!
Code:
http://c:/Documents%20and%20Settings/sony/Mina%20dokument/Mina%20bilder/Loading%20Screen.bmp

You must upload the image to imageshack, photobucket, or another image host, or physically attach it to your post in order for it to be visible.

The Hive also has has some tutorials that relate to this subject:
[off-topic] I have merged the double posts together.

Here it is.
Loading screen for your map.

Download it Here

Just add your text to it.
In WE:
Click on "Scenario", next click on "Map Perefences", and click on "Loading Screen".
Change Loading screen to imported one.

I don't know how to do it in WEU:D

Just Import it, change path and you'll be able to use it. You don't have to save your map.
I can create a test map with this loading screen if you want.
