Need dummy spell ... {single-targeted, not Channel or Storm Bolt}

I dont want to use channel, cause it acts weird with unit cast points. Or stormbolt, because it stuns 999 seconds if I set stun to 0.

Any other suggestion? :ss

What are you trying to do with this dummy spell? Without that knowledge there isn't much we can do to help you. Channel is ideal, but clearly you're unable to get that to work. Maybe slow with a .01 duration?
