My Panda King Skin.... wont work!!

I just made a sw33t Mountain King skin with the Pandaren's face n stuff. yet when i upload the skin AND give it the correct path, it still wont show! is it a problem with the Panda? what am i doing wrong?

The path I'm using for Mking is: ReplaceableTextures\HeroMountainKing\heromountainking.blp (this is the path that Warcraft 3 Viewer gave me)

Did you restart the World Editor?

you mean import right? or are you uploading it to a site...

useing the world upload throws me off a bit.

but yeah, in the WE, always gotta save and restart it to see skin change.
