Nah, you can find them with WC3 Viewer, just open up war3x.mpq loacated in your Warcraft III folder.

Use the MPQ Open button in WC3 Viewer (on the toolbar) and open up war3x.mpq on the right side there should be the tree list browser. Find the warden skin under Textures\IronRaven.blp and find the Blood Mage skin in Textures\Hero_BloodElf.blp
