Music editing request

I got three music files I want to use in my map. I plan to replace the default Human music with them, problem is, total file size is 3 MB+

Could anyone decrease the size + cut off any fade outs/worthless parts of the music for me please?

It's from the DEFCON demo I downloaded. Converted the DAT file with 7z, got all the sound files If you're looking to get 'em, I can send 'em to you.
