Multiply Tilesets on a map?

I'm making an RPG and I've seen it done:
I've seen people produce maps with multply tilesets, and I want to know how I can produce multply tilesets on a map?

to be honest I've always sucked with the terrain section of map making... but anytime i needed another tileset i used a region and told the triggers to set the tiles to w/e it is I'm looking for if its not on the tileset i origionally picked... its probably the hard way - but it does work.

But I just said forget it and used custom tile set.
But on the game board map that im making after this map would be a good map to test this on.
