Model not working

I imported the following model to my map

as per the instructions here

when i attempted to re-open my map, the regular loading doodads/triggers comes up, and then crashes as it loads the last item (item #76) with vista saying that world edit is no longer responding

i was wondering if there was anyway allow the map to be opened, with or without the new model

Did youi set all pathes?

Yes
i followed exactly as the tutorial said
the issue started AFTER i had saved the file, as the tutorial says to.

Open you map with some MPQ browser.
Magos has an MPQ browser plug-in, just open your map with magos, then delete your model and its textures.
Your map will be open normally, I hope.
