Model: need rideless kodo without the backpack

today i wanted to creat a wild kodo, i got the skin done after a halve hour or so(looks rather fine for my first skin, i got rid of the chains and everything) anyways i went ahead and tried to alpha out the backpack on top of the kodo, but when i tried it out in warcraft III viewer the back pack was still there

so could someone get me a rideless kodo model without the backpack please?

I have one of those! Made it AGES ago. Might consider uploading it... if it wasn't just a simply removal of a few polygons >_<

could you please e-mail it too me or something? cuz for some reason i cant inport any model into 3d max without losing all of the models animations...
