Model for an altar to the Blood Elves

Hey i need a model of an altar to the Blood Elves in my map.
I was thinking in something like the altar of the kings but replacing the statue of the king with another thing. It's name will be Altar of the Highborne.
I would be realy grateful if someone could make one for me because i know nothing about modeling.
