if you haven't worked with it, here's my version just take the two blp files and follow this path:

for normal button
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNMedivh.blp

for disabled(gray)
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNMedivh.blp
