Making melee map-like trigger for first free hero

As my other topic went completely ignored I'm going to try this.

What I'm in need of is some help. I have a modified melee map with additional races. What I've done is I've set up a dialog box that would create new units at the starting position. Problem with this is: the first hero costs 425g/100l like a 2nd hero would cost in melee. I'm trying to fix it but have no luck what so ever.

I've thought up of making an altar first free heroes, then after it's build 1 hero it would convert to an altar with the normal prices. Not sure exactly on how to do it. Also a new problem that this creates is that tavern heroes would either cost the full price or be free too.
