Looking for some camp defense map

I'd want to play some camp defense. im NOT talking about tower defense, but rather, a map in which you build your base as always, recruit troops and there are waves of enemies attacking you.

Something like missions from original campaings "Countdown to extinction" and "Defense of Stratholme", only that I'm not limited to one faction only and the map is longer - the longer the better!

Multiplayer is welcomed but not absolutely necessary.

Does anyone know such maps? Thanks

You could try "Heroes and Empires". Coop friendly with an AI that will constantly try and attack you. If you go Empire you base build, if you go Hero you RPG.
