I don't mind having a look, recently just texturised and animated a Darksider model to W3R, so I guess this experience would help. Depending on the polygons though.
This the model Files, Less than 3000 Polygons.

i got other models but cant seem to get them to export the animations correctly, so to figure that out and yeah, but dunno how to do a non humanoid version hence this one need help on.

This question about my other models. When i export, it exports fine, opens in model editor, but has only 1 animation called "Stand" but it is the run animation, i use Blender 3.4 so anyone got an idea on that issue? (If i do get this working my Map going to be Huge (About 70MB of custom assets before the other stuff.), Hopefully W3R isn't a small Size Limit)

Well, idk if this is good enough.

That is perfect, Am surprised done already, and i so far not figured it out for other model and it been 9 hours lol.

TY for the help really appreciate it

Do anyone know of a Video Tutorial that from start to finish shows

1. Importing a Model FDX,OBJ whatever into Blender 3.4 (HAs to Be 3.4 Specifically)
2. Adding Animations to the Model (They are there but dont know how to add them to work in W3)
3. Changing the Texture to BLP (So it works in both Assets)
4. Exporting the Model to MDL/MDX

Has to be Blender 3.4 unless it same on others i dunno
