Horn: This is useful but poorly implemented. You could create a new model and texture for just the flag at a much lower filesize. Ignored for now. The texture does not adhere to 50% freehand work.

I realize 95kb is extremely large for something like this, next time I get the chance I"ll update this with a smaller version.
