i recently wrote a database that will keep track of your unit data, it will also calculate the base stats for, strength, intelligence, agility, mana regeneration, health regeneration and attack cool down, also contains an area for you to put in your abilities and skills etc, also a notes section for things like model information and just general information about your unit, if you have access knowledge you would be able to use this database as a base for any extensions you want.
