note that I2H() return bug abuse is dangerous and can cause some really nasty and hard to track down errors. There are better solutions and better design patterns to use. (Most of which use vJASS. Need to use the newgen editor: http://wc3campaigns.net/showthread.php?t=90999 and heres the vJASS manual: http://wc3campaigns.net/vexorian/jasshelpermanual.html)

As for importing HandleVars, just copy and paste it in to your maps custom script header. (The JASS code input area that appears when you select your map in the left panel in the trigger editor.)
