A few years ago there was a suggestion for changing this reminder to 7 days, but it doesn't seem to have been implemented yet for some reason.
I just got a reminder for something I'm pretty sure I only downloaded like 4 hours ago. I'm pretty sure that in general I still get reminders within 2 days of downloading.
It's bad because I get the reminder before I've had time to properly review the resource, and then I subsequently forget to because the reminder has already come and gone. It's also just plain annoying and makes me want to turn it off completely :/
