is there any megaman like games around

i already created a topic about megaman games so anything about those goes there. this topic is for similar games.(gameplay wise.) anybody know of any?

Top similarity is Mighty No. 9. There is also a Megaman Legacy pack now available on steam.

Others in retro/2d aspect (and good) are Shovel Knight (most similar but melee only), Rogue Legacy, Axiom Verge, Freedom Planet, Cave Story+, Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures, Steamworld Dig.

mighty no 9 is delayed until next year and not available yet. perspective is irrelevant as it is gameplay that matters to me.
