Invisible? Teamcolor only showing

There is a good chance that this question has been asked before but i couldnt find it. (btw thanks for the help on my last problem all)...

both of these skins look fine in the viewer (as in the skin files themelves), however after importing them to the map all i see are the charater assigned team color areas. Why is this? is there a solution ? I appcriate your time. thanks

acutally... i just found another post called strange prolbem where it was said that the alpha channel was destoryed... while not enitrely sure what this means.. can i fix it?? i suppose this should be reported to the skin makers?

dont bother downloading them, theyre made by pins

Whell .. convert the skin into tga , and if u have Photoshop , its an option -load selection, and it will load the default alpha channel.
