JNGP has the option to "merge" all object editor data. This is found under the tab "Extensions", so if you've got JNGP installed that would probably be what you're looking for (I hope it still works properly).
If not, you need to copy all data individually (you can copy the entire category instead of the separate triggers though).
For triggers, you just put them in one folder (under Trigger Editor) and copy the folder (along with triggers inside it).
Then, just paste it in Trigger Editor (on your real map), done - importing triggers.
Make sure you have enabled the "Automatically creates unknown variables while pasting trigger data" in the File -> Preferences -> General Tab.
For spells (Object Editor), you have to follow what apo has stated.
That file is Object Editor file, that is the correct file.
First, you should export the Object Editor Data to anywhere on your computer (Desktop would be nice).
Later then, when you want to import Object Editor Data, simply find the last exported data (which in this case, the data on the desktop).
NOTE: By mass import Object Editor data, it will overwrite your custom data.
If it's only one hero, you can simply copy and paste the hero, and upload the custom models/icons, if any. As explained above, just copy and paste the triggers.
Yeah, if it's a mass of heroes, and you don't have any custom unit data at all in the map yet, just export the unit file, and import, but if you have unit data already, you're screwed, and you have o copy and paste every unit/hero.
