Importing Skin For A Model

Hello, I am attempting to use some skins which my friend created on a model on my map, It has boggled my friend and I's minds for the past 5 hours and we have searched every tutorial we could find. The part we seem to get stuck on finding the path for the skin to enter to be attatched to the model.

Any help is Much Appreciated
