im a noob and need your help plz

i am new to wc3 and want to start hosting my own custom maps. i know that i can download them off this site but i need to know what to do with them next/

after you download a map, open up your wc3 directory and find the maps folder. theres another folder in there called download (if there isn't then make one). put the map file there. then it'll show up on the map selection screen in the download folder.
