1. @liptonite hope you are still around to give me the permission. (I think this rule is kinda weird, I was trying to contribute, not trying to steal anything, If we can't find liptonite (haven't seen him/her for a while), I will just change the title since I made a similar model too.)
2&4. Because I wanted it to stay Blizzard style so I combined blizzard icons in PS. below are the original images I used.
