This isn't a very difficult spell to make but here you go. My apologies if it's not easy to read the trigger; I was rather short on time. I can clean it up later if u'd like. It is made in GUI, but I can do JASS also if u'd like the spell to be multi-instanceable. I took a few liberties and made some minor changes to the spell too. The final explosion effect used in my version is NuclearExplosion by WILL THE ALMIGHTY but you can change it to whatever you'd like.
