-Magos's Model Editor
Those are in the Tools section.

Those are the basics, once you get a hang of models and such, make a visit to www.oinkerwinkle.com.
Oinkerwinkle tools are complicated (I'm still learning) but are great.

Magos's Model Editor is great though, one of my favorite tools.
