I need some help on my map plz

Ok hello im a litlle new to this so plz help me i am trying to edit a mammoth tank and add it to my map but wen ever i go to load it o edit it it says that this file does not exist i dowloaded it from this website and now i dont know what to do.When i get all this done i would like to know how to ad it to my map so if anyone out there can help me plz reply ty.
