I need one model for my project!

Hi! I am from Poland and i make very big RPG project named "Smocze Opowieści" (Eng. Dragon Tales) and i need one model of main hero.
I want to make new face for Footman Leader this model. (Face on photo) I use M&B Warband for visualisation of face. P.S I am bad modeler :>
My modeler don't have much time

He had a nearly similar face of this. But regular footman also look like this man. Find a model (anything) with footman face.
