I need idea !! wip treeman-caster

Hello to all,well i'm working on this skin i'm practiquing with new techniques.in that i just used brushes for do light's/shadows no more smuder and sharpen :/ but now i need ideas for continue the skin
anybody know what to do with the robes of the warlock?
also the skin is some type of tree-man caster

Hmm, work on the hand. And nice job.
Also, the staff shouldn't be a skull for a treeman. Should be more of a tree head or something like that

Anyways, I know this is a WiP.

Note : For the robes, make some leaves and tree branches cut the robe from some places and be like if it was a real tree. The pants : Try cutting them in the lower place, and make some big tree-foots.

Maybe make the skull cracked instead of the regular skull of the warcraft version of the model ;p ?
