I wonder if it would be too difficult to mirror the tree under the first window on the second floor?

There is no portrait, and the death animation is still that of the Farm's, and the second floor reappears on decay
AWAITING UPDATE until everything's resolved.
You can skin splice your model to the Farm's portrait, and then on Twilac's RMS you can copy the Material of the new geosets to those of the default ones for easy geoset visibility. It's okay if you can't make a new death animation for buildings as it's generally harder here and you can ask someone for help instead.
