How to use just the weapon from a model?

You cant. Models already include their weapons. You would have to extract the model from the MPQ, use some Model editor, and remove the weapons manually... Or look here in "Models" sections if someone else already did it :p

How to use only the WEAPON in the model well its pretty the same :)
i just need know what you want man i can make it itz pretty simple :D
 
It is difficult to edit geosets in Magos. Better if you have MDLVis.

Try this:

Just select all the vertices bounding the weapon, make it a new geoset. Select all the geosets except the weapon. Delete all selected geosets. Presto, you have a weapon only from your model. The last thing to do is to delete all bones except the bone that holds the weapon.

This will work in MDLVis.
