How to make those IMBA razes

I really need your help on this one: Does anyone know what tools do i need to create those IMBA razes shown on the video? Besides that, do i need to have any kind of special knowledge? I ask for your sincere guiding.

yow, try searching it on google and then download it, after you download it, the file may appear as "zip" or "rar", just extract it, and a folder named "Replaceable blah blah" will appear and then put it on your WC3 directory.
