How to make smooth camera ?

I want to be able to make the camera smooth when scrolling either from the arrow keys or the mouse and when it stops to not stop immediately but have a smooth scroll effect. Can anyone show me ? GUI preferably. Thanx in advance !

In triggers, you will find:

Camera - Change camera smoothing factor to 10.00

I think it is the best to keep it 10-15
