[General] How to get Archmage Modera sound file from WoW to use for Warcraft 3 hero?

Title says it all. I want to get the Archmage Modera sound file (who is a follower for the mage order hall) and use it for my custom Archmage Modera hero in Warcraft 3.

However, I haven't the slightest clue where to start with this.
