How do you fix this spell tree?

Never could figure out why Spellbook goes out of whack after customizing spells.

Issue Resolved. In the Abilities tab on Object Editor there is Art Position-Normal (X) and (Y) and Art Position-Research (X) and (Y). Use the grid in the image accordingly to set up your research X/Y on the top row and your actual spells on the bottom row.
