How do i use the DeX?

to use dex click on the hammer icon. But first select your whole model or what you want to export. Then click on the MAXScript button. Then click Run Script and open up dex. After that click print to listener. Then you have the text you need which you can copy in paste to wordpad and save as .mdl. When copying and pasting theres a glitch so you have to copy and paste in sections; you can't highlight everything at once. Make sure to delete the last line that says export sucessful. You can then convert this mdl to mdx using wc3fileconverter which you can get at this site

I dont know for sure if this is the Dex script, and if it is how do you use it?

it's the 'DeX 0.185m.mcr file at http://republicola.wc3campaigns.com/DeX/. dl it and put it in the script directory of max. then do what tabemono told u

I got to a part where i got dex into MAX script thing, and now what?

i sort of figured it out......i followed this tut and it explains it kinda, but i still am having small problems.
