How do i put my skins with my mods

You have to have a model convertor to find out what the path is
Convert the model to text format, and you should be able to find the path in that document. Convert it back to an MDX. and set your skin to the location you made in the text document. And then set the skin to that path in the Import manager
There should be a model convertor lying around somewhere, check the tools database for one
