How do I attack while moving?

How do I attack while moving? Like you know, when a tank rolls by (while moving) it swivils it's gun and fires at you? I could not find anything in the spells section. I'm woking on a large tank siege map.

The easiest thing to do is probably to use the Phoenix Fire ability.
I think you can limit the number of projectiles it fires, so you should be able to fix it up to your leisure.

Or you wait for Starcraft II..

Really, phoenix ability / adding dummy units by triggers is the only way to do it..
